Do I need an appointment to visit your Brighton showroom?
No – you’re welcome to visit anytime during opening hours. We’ll always be on hand to help and guide you through the showroom. If you’d like dedicated time with one of our team or have particularly detailed plans to run through, it’s worth getting in touch to arrange a consultation, but it’s not essential.
Can you help me choose the right size radiator?
Absolutely. We’ll guide you through sizing, heat output and placement to ensure your radiators work perfectly within your space.

Do you offer home consultations?
Yes – we can visit your home to measure up and help plan your heating in more detail. The consultation fee is redeemable against your order.
Can I buy radiators directly from your showroom?
Of course. You can place your order in-store with one of our team or follow up afterwards once you’ve had time to consider your options.
Which areas do you cover?
We regularly work with customers across the East Sussex, Surrey and Kent areas, with home visits available within a 25-mile radius (and further afield for an additional charge).
