With its scrolls, flourishes and crown top, the Rococo II is a one of the most recognisable cast iron radiators ever produced. Dating back to the 1890’s, the Rococo’s ornate detailing offers period accents to compliment a traditional Victorian interior, whilst modern casting techniques guarantee quality and performance.

With three depths in the range, the Rococo II sits well alongside other traditional features – dado rails, cornicing and decorative Victorian cast iron fireplaces. Finishes can either be from a range of standard blacks, whites and greys or pair with one of the many shades from a traditional palette, such as Farrow and Ball, Craig and Rose, Little Greene, etc. With some many options available, if you do not see the colour you are interested in, please give one of our showrooms a call as it will certainly be possible to achieve.

Special finishes, include one of the many levels of polishing, designed to highlight the Rococo II’s more intricate detailing.

Please Note: Lengths and depths are approximate due to the slight variance in section sizes.

If your radiator feels colder at the top, it’s likely trapped air that’s reducing its efficiency. Bleeding your radiator is a straightforward process:

1. Turn off your heating system and wait for the radiator to cool.
2. Using a radiator key, slowly open the valve at the top of the radiator. You should hear a hissing sound as the air escapes.
3. Once water starts to come out steadily, close the valve tightly.
4. Check the pressure on your boiler and top it up if necessary.

It’s always a good idea to check your radiators at least once a year to ensure they’re working at their best. For a more detailed guide, take a look at our blogs on radiator maintenance.

Your central heating radiators should be installed by a qualified or experienced plumber or heating engineer. Electric radiators should be installed by a qualified electrician.

Once your order is ready for dispatch, we will contact you to arrange a convenient delivery date.
Deliveries typically occur between 8:00 am and 5:30 pm, Monday to Friday (excluding Bank Holidays). If you require a specific time, a morning or afternoon slot, additional charges may apply depending on availability.

Making your delivery
Given the size and weight of radiators, they are often packed onto wooden pallets and delivered via a third-party courier or freight company on a large lorry. Please let us know in advance if there are any access issues, such as narrow lanes, gravel drives, overhanging trees, or steep gradients, to avoid delays. The driver will place the pallet at the nearest safe, accessible point to your property, which may be on the drive or kerbside.

As radiators can be heavy, the delivery driver cannot assist with handling the goods. You’ll need a responsible individual to accept, sign for, and safely store the items. Please note that the driver will not unpack or move the radiators inside the property. Radiators will be shrink-wrapped for protection, but we recommend moving them undercover as soon as possible and storing all ancillary products, such as valves and accessories, in a dry place.

Checking your delivery
It’s important to thoroughly check your order upon delivery. Any shortages, damage, or discrepancies must be noted on the delivery note and reported within the specified time frame (see our Terms and Conditions). Please make sure you have enough labour on-site to unpack the goods safely and with care.

Can I collect my radiator/s?
Unfortunately, we don’t offer collections from our showrooms.

We take pride in offering high-quality radiators, and each product is backed by a warranty from the manufacturer. Warranty periods typically range from 1 to 25 years, depending on the product. It’s important to note that the guarantee is only valid if the radiator is installed correctly according to the manufacturer’s instructions and British/European standards. The guarantee covers free repair or replacement of the faulty product. If you have questions about specific warranties, please contact us for details.

We currently have six showrooms where you can see a wide range of radiator and accessories, learn about colour options and talk to an expert. Our showrooms and their opening times can be found in Brighton, Bristol, Leamington Spa, North London – Islington, South London – Clapham and St Albans

What is a BTU and why do I need it?

BTU (British Thermal Unit) measures how much heat a radiator gives out.

Check your BTU before buying. Too low means a chilly room. Too high, and you’ll waste energy.

What size radiator do I need for my room?

The right size radiator keeps your space warm and comfortable.

Many factors affect heating - room size, layout, insulation, and more. Find your best fit with our size guide.
