Who said radiators have to be boring? Just because they’re a practical necessity, doesn’t mean they can’t look good too. Decorative radiators will brighten up your room as much as they’ll heat it, so it’s worth considering radiators as an integral part of the design when you’re renovating or redecorating.

Do it with style

Decorative radiators come in all shapes, sizes and styles, so we guarantee you’ll find one that will enhance your room.

Bright and colourful

There’s no rule book that says radiators must be white – that’s just the way they’ve been made for years. Many of our radiators have the option of being designed in a wide range of colours and finishes, so let your imagination take over. Whether you fancy bright red, lilac, sky blue, luminous green, metallic or black, it’s up to you.

Expect the unexpected

Your radiator doesn’t even have to be ‘radiator shaped’. Some designer radiators are available in all sorts of shapes that will give your room a unique or quirky twist. Literally in the case of the Twister, which consists of twisted rectangular tubes that are finished in polished and brushed steel to give it a sculptural feel. If curves are more your style, the Surf is a very unusually shaped radiator with an extremely pleasing curved front. Being long and narrow, it not only looks good, but will also fit horizontally or vertically into awkward spaces that would not be able to accommodate a standard shape.

Radiators can also bring new meaning to the phrase ‘looking hot’. Mirror radiators serve the dual purpose of keeping you warm at the same time as reflecting your own personal style. If you haven’t got space in the bathroom or bedroom for a full length mirror and a radiator, this is the perfect compromise.

Art

No home is complete without art. The pictures you choose to hang on your walls are a reflection of your personality and who you are. Having designer radiators in your home is a good indication that art is important to you. So why not take that one step further by having radiators that are also works of art in themselves. As the ultimate in decorative warmth, you’ll want your art radiator to be placed centre stage. They could even help you make better use of the heat in your room – by placing them in pride of place on the wall, you’ll be keeping them away from the furniture, curtains and windows or doors, which can all block the heat meaning your boiler has to work harder to keep the room at your chosen temperature, costing you more in bills. So, in that sense, you could also say that art radiators can be eco-friendly, although if you’re interested in sustainability, there’s a range that will be perfect for you.

Livingstone I presume

The Livingstone range of designer radiators is made of recycled marble and every part of it is fully recyclable at the end of its life (but that won’t be for a very long time!). By using marble dust in its construction, the radiators can be moulded into decorative designs and textures that turn them into objets d’art in their own right.
