The Radiator Centre was lucky enough to have Cassette Lord spray paint one of our traditional radiators, which is now on display in our window display at one of our radiator showrooms in Brighton. Who is Cassette Lord?
Cassette Lord is a popular artist in the Brighton area who has become renowned in his home city for brightening up telephone junction boxes. He takes dull, dark green telephone boxes and transforms them into works of art spray painting his trademark Cassette Tape onto them. When describing his style of graffiti Cassete says ‘Retro! All my artwork, even the freestyle pieces, references objects, shapes and things people recognise from their childhood. It’s high-contrast constructivist retro. I like dynamic lines!’
